1. Order Pickup Window: Orders placed online for in-store pickup must be retrieved within 3 business days of the order confirmation. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.
2. Unclaimed Orders: If an order is not picked up within 3 business days, the following will occur:
- The items will be returned to store inventory.
- A 50% refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- The remaining 50% will be retained to cover handling, restocking, and inventory recovery costs.
3. Pickup Requirements: Customers must present a valid photo ID and the order confirmation email or receipt at the time of pickup. If someone other than the customer will be picking up the order, please notify us in advance with the authorized person’s full name.
4. Order Cancellations: To cancel an order prior to the pickup deadline, please contact us at customerservice@nabakindo.com or +1(412)-360-9546 within 24 hours of placing the order. Cancellations requested after 24 hours may not be eligible for a full refund.
5. Product Availability: In the rare event that an item becomes unavailable after your order has been placed, we will contact you immediately to offer a replacement, backorder, or full refund for that item.
6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability: Nabakindo Skincare is not responsible for delays in pickup due to customer inaction, incorrect contact information, or failure to review this policy. We reserve the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice. By placing an online order for in-store pickup, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms stated above.
